I swear by this "eye pillow" or "ice pillow" as we call it in my house. In case of a fire, we are to grab computers, photos and the ice pillows from the freezer. I have THREE so I always have one available. I get migraines with some regularity and anything that causes a headache - this is the remedy!! Crying, sore eyes; headache; hard time sleeping and want pitch black; flu or illness – I use it a LOT! My son loves it when he is having trouble falling asleep too. It's so soothing. I have given this eye pillow as a gift to friends going through a breakup/divorce, death in family, illness or injury recovery, etc. It's my thing. I have 3 so that a LONG migraine might need one pillow... that later is put back into the freezer and another is used.... so I always have one cold and ready! I should be the spokesperson. 10 stars!!! :)
