BodySense Herbal Packs are all-purpose hot or cold therapy for virtually any part of the body. MOIST HEAT THERAPY
Heat the pack in a microwave for 3 minutes. Then enjoy the penetrating moist heat and relaxing aromas for 35 to 45 minutes. Reheat it as often as you like. There are no electric cords to limit your movement. Use it to relax sore or strained muscles or just to warm up on a cold night! When using it hot, place the soft fleece side toward your skin.
COLD THERAPY
Store the Pack in a freezer in a ziplock bag until it has reached the desired temperature. It remains therapeutically cold for 20 to 25 minutes and, unlike conventional cold packs, it remains pliable so it contours easily to the body. You don't have to worry about any leaking chemical gels.
